Agreement and Store Use

In keeping with our published standards, these Terms of Service govern access to hexclad, purchases, and related customer interactions. In keeping with our published standards, lawful use is required; interference, unauthorized access, abusive activity, and infringement are prohibited.

Orders, Payment, and Taxes

For a straightforward customer experience, order completion depends on acceptance, successful Payment authorization, security review, and available inventory. In practical terms, prices are presented in USD, and Taxes are collected as required by applicable law rather than under a blanket tax exemption.

Fulfillment Terms

To keep expectations transparent, a customer may request that an order be cancelled before shipment, while a dispatched order is handled under the Refund Policy. Under this standard, shipping, returns, privacy, and payment requirements are governed by their published policies and form part of these terms.
